When Will My Order Ship?

Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 weeks after the order has been placed. However, expected shipping times may change during periods of large order volumes such as Holiday's or during a sale. 

My Order Has Been Shipped But Has Not Been Delivered?

Once we drop off orders at the post office or carrier of your choice, your package will be processed and delivered according to the service you have requested. Please use the tracking number provided to track your item. 

My Order Has Been Lost In Transit!

If you suspect that your order has been lost in transit, please contact us so we may investigate the issue. If the package has indeed been lost in transit, we will send a replacement package within 1-3 business days. 

My Order Is Missing Something!

Although extremely rare, in some instances a package may arrive incomplete. If you believe an item is missing from your order, please contact us so we may replace said item. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process and send out a replacement. 

My Order Has a Defect/ Has Broken

Resin is extremely hard to break. However, if you suspect an item in your order has arrived defective, warped, or broken. Please contact us immediately so we may process a replacement as soon as possible. Please allow 1-3 business days for us to process a replacement.  

Can I Cancel My Order? 

Unfortunately, we do not accept cancelations once the order is placed. Once an order has been summitted, our expert artisans begin preparing the items, and molds we will be using to make your order. Every button we send out is hand-made, trimmed, and polished to perfection.

Can I Have a Refund?

Refunds are given only in the event that an order, has been either: lost, extremely delayed by us, or arrived to your address completely broken. You may also send back your order in its original packaging with all components intact, back to us within 14 days. Once the item arrives at our workshop, we will inspect the items and process a refund within 1-3 business days if everything is in order. 

Can I Change The Address My Order Ships To?

If the order has not been sent out, please contact us to print a new label as soon as possible, Once the order is in transit, we are not able to re-route the package. Please contact the carrier you chose for help. 

Do you sell molds? 

Unfortunately, we do not sell molds to make GameCube/Gameboy buttons. If we did, we would have to include the price of every button set we could have sold using that mold!
